If you are watching this vid because you just got an Omnibot and you need new tires, I highly recommend the ones that Randi is selling on eBay. I just ordered a set to restore my rare MKII and these are better than the originals! They are going to last a very long time and the grip on them is better than the originals, too. There are 3D printed versions on eBay, but there is no way a 3D printed version is going to last as long as Randi's cast versions will. They are definitely worth the little extra cost.I like them so much, I will probably slowly work my way through replacing the tires on all my omnibots with these new casts.Thank you, Randi, for making them available.

Well done! I just found an Omni last week. Just like you I’ve wanted one since I was a kid and now I own one. Will be taking a similar route to refurb. Thanks for the vid!

You just saved my omnibot thank you. I would love to have the stl file for those wheels.

very impressive, even more so very time consuming, editing it must've taken just as long! Thanks for filming and detailing the entire process. Subscribed!

That was awesome wonderful job!!

I just saw this video and I thought it was great content until the last minute or so. So irresponsible. How did you let the robot get it's own remote? We must remain vigilant as to not let robots have too much control. This is how Skynet takes over and kills us all. I am looking for the Omnibot and 2000 myself.

that was awesome, thank you and good work

Great job. What did you use to cast the new treads/wheel covers/tires?
I enjoyed that refurb! I have a Omni and would like to get him back in prime condition. I also became a new owner of ROBIE SR for $99. But the treads are shot. I don’t have access to a 3D printer, but would you sell those if anyone has asked you?
Great job, I wanted one of these when i was younger and now i have one it will have to be repaired and restored. Would you be able to share the decals you made? Ps I had to order some tyres from you mine are completely rotted!
Great, now I also want one!!!
Finished the video and you obviously got a manual, Ha! You are truly a wonder, Madam! Wish I had your fix it/refurbish knowledge!
I have one of these robots, but need a new motor. Do you know what would be a good one?
Absolutely superb, great refurbish, you must have been very pleased with the results, I enjoyed watching the Omni's make over and being rightfully restored to good as new.
Just ordered the wheels from you. Would you have any idea where I might come across the supports for the arms on the Omnibot Jr?
Great video. What is the product used to remove the yellowing from the plastic?
You are so badass! I just picked up an Omnibot from a garage sale; I really only clicked on your video to find out if the replacement batteries on eBay have to be modified to work, but ended up watching the entire video because your work was so fascinating. Now if my guy still has issues, I’ll know how to fix it! Thanks for the awesome vid.
